Thai yoga massage

Thai yoga massage enriches your yoga practice by thoughtfully incorporating elements of traditional Thai massage, reflexology, shiatsu, and gentle yoga poses. This unique approach beautifully stretches the body, elegantly moves the joints, and provides a profound sense of fluidity. This ancient technique not only encourages the body’s natural self-healing capacities but also fosters deep relaxation and emotional balance. Our Thai yoga massage sessions last for 75 minutes and are conducted on a heated and cushioned floor mat, with participants remaining fully clothed throughout the entire experience for optimal comfort and ease.

Massage is an ancient healing practice that has been cherished for centuries and is essential for our overall physical and mental well-being. Thai yoga massage is a deeply therapeutic technique, originally rooted in Buddhist traditions and influenced by the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and various elements of Chinese medicine. A central concept in this practice is the nadis, or 72,000 energy lines that flow throughout the body, serving as the vital pathways through which prana, or life energy, circulates. By applying gentle pressure to specific Marma points, this method can effectively calm the nervous system and alleviate various physical issues, ultimately promoting a harmonious balance within the body, mind, and soul.

Nicole, our skilled practitioner, is typically available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1 PM to 4 PM. Appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance. For other availability requests, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at elementylyoga@gmail.com.
