We offer a private dressing room to change and securely store belongings, plus a small private bathroom available before, during, and after class

  • Cozy corner with a wooden bench built into the wall, adorned with various pillows, a window with iron bars, textured white walls, framed abstract art, and a wooden chair.

    Welcome Lounge

Our students relax and connect in our cozy entrance lounge before and after class. The warm space invites easy conversation and a sense of community. We also provide fresh water before and after class, and often offer calming herbal tea afterward.

Our classes

  • A woman practicing yoga outdoors in a forest, stretching with one arm raised over her head and the other hand on her bent knee, with trees and blurred foliage in the background.

    Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga boosts overall health and well‑being. It’s a fast, energetic (“Yang”) style where you flow continuously from one pose to the next. Classes start with an intention and breathwork, move through a music‑led flow, and end with savasana. Suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners.

  • Silhouette of a woman practicing yoga outdoors during sunset, stretching on a yoga mat near water.

    Yin yang

Yin Yang yoga mixes gentle, relaxing (Yin) poses with stronger, strengthening (Yang) poses. You’ll feel both challenged and calm. Some classes start with Yin, some with Yang. Balancing the two improves energy flow and brings a peaceful, balanced mind and body. Suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners.

  • Hatha

    Hatha

Hatha yoga is a slower practice focused on precise alignment, stability, grounding, strength and flexibility. In a typical class you hold poses for a few breaths, concentrate on each pose rather than the flow between them.

  • A person practicing yoga in a kneeling pose with hands pressed together in a prayer position, viewed from the rear, in low light.

    Yin

Yin yoga complements Vinyasa. It works deep tissues—fascia, hips, spine, ligaments, and joints—by holding poses for 3–5 minutes. This helps lengthen rarely used areas, teaches breathing through discomfort, and encourages stillness with your thoughts. It’s a gentle but challenging practice, suitable for all levels.

  • Group of people practicing yoga or meditation on mats in a room with tiled floor and brick wall.

    Restorative

Restorative yoga is a gentle, passive practice focused on relaxation and mild stretching. Poses are held for long periods (about 5–20 minutes) and usually use props for support. It helps the body and mind rest and release tension, and is especially good for recovery after injury or illness, high stress, or anyone who wants to slow down and relax.
